Returns a clean table with Company Name, ARR, MRR, Renewal Date (YYYY-MM-DD), Renewal Type (New Business / Renewal / Expansion / Contraction), Risk Level, Key Contacts, and Notes. MRR is auto-converted to ARR when only MRR is present; missing dates are flagged as "not found" rather than invented.
Merges duplicate company entries into single records with combined notes. Risk level is inferred from context -- churn signals and support tickets map to High, growing usage to Low -- so the output is immediately usable for triage instead of needing a second pass.
After the table, summarizes account count, field-completeness percentage, duplicate warnings, ambiguities, and specific suggestions for what additional data would improve downstream health scoring (for example, "3 accounts missing renewal dates -- these will score lower in the Health Scanner without dates").
