When you're handing off a kitchen station this helps the next shift. Take your par sheet, where you mark how much inventory you have on hand. Make sure the sheet has the prep ingredient name, the par amount (how much you should start with) and the amount on hand.
Then select the language you want this to be translated to (Default is English if nothing else is selected). You'll get a preplist for the next person to run that station.
